Akira Ishikawa Founder, Ball Semiconductor Inc. Akira Ishikawa formed Ball Semiconductor Inc. and served as Chairman, President, Chief Executive Officer, and Chief Technical Officer, until he passed away in Dallas on March 30, 2004. Mr. Ishikawa created the principal idea of spherical semiconductor devices and authored the basic patents behind Ball Semiconductor and Maskless Lithography system. |
